The SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium Marine Careers Expo is a comprehensive careers, employment and training expo that offers attendees the latest information on the diverse range of marine related careers and the tertiary studies, training, and volunteer opportunities which will lead you to this pathway.
The Expo will feature FREE presentations by key industry professionals for all attendees. These highly popular presentations are informative and motivating and are run by the exhibiting organisations as well as some of our fantastic SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium staff members. These presentations will give attendees the opportunity to gain first hand advice from experts in the marine field. Each presentation will run for 20-25 minutes sessions throughout the event.

The Expo will also provide attendees with the opportunity to engage one-on-one with leading tertiary institutions and community organisations. These exhibitors present real career-path, employment and training opportunities as well as other volunteer and involvement activities related to the marine industry.

The newly named 'Melbourne Aquarium' superstop makes transport fast and convenient. SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium is located on the free City Circle Tram route and also Route 48 NewQuay Docklands - North Balwyn.
City Circle trams run every 10 minutes in both directions.
SECURE PARKING at 474 Flinders Street
Secure Parking offers SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium exhibitors an exclusive $10 week day flat rate. To get your special discounted rate, take a ticket from the machine at the boom gates when you enter Secure Parking at 474 Flinders Street. When you are on your way out of the aquarium, please visit the Information Desk located in the entrance of the aquarium and we will provide you with the special $10 week day flat rate ticket. PLEASE NOTE: You will need BOTH the original Secure Parking ticket AND $10 week day flat rate ticket for the pay station before you drive out.
*This Secure Parking offer is not redeemable with credit card entry. Please pay via the Auto Pay Stations at 474 Flinders Street to redeem the offer.
Crown Casino Parking offers a $10 maximum for 24 hours at the Multilevel Car Park. The Multilevel Car Park is accessible via Clarendon St corner of Haig St or Clarke St via City Rd.
Exhibitors can also access alternate parking at the Basement Car Park located along Whiteman St.

Admission is $19 per person (admission into SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium included). All payment is to be made on the day either with cash, EFTPOS or credit card. No booking or payment is required to be made prior to the event.
Upon entry, students are required to show their Student ID cards at the check-in desk located in the SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium foyer.
SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium has the Coral Cafe which will be offering selections of food and drinks to purchase throughout the day.
What to Bring
Students attending the day will be provided with a SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium branded enviro bag, in which they can place brochures, booklets or any other information available from exhibitors. It is recommended to bring pen and paper to record any relevant information.
