Who Eats Who?

WHO EATS WHO?
(VELS Level 4 - 5, Food Webs)
All organisms interact with their surroundings, as well as one another. They depend upon each other to survive, but also compete for food, space and mates. Interactions between these creatures and their environments form fascinating ecosystems where animals weave webs of survival.

Students investigate the interdependence of the animals within rock pools, coral atolls and Australia’s oceans. Students will discover how species rely upon each other for their survival and explore the adaptations used by different animals to obtain their food and protect themselves from their predators.
